HP invented a tiny memory circuit design for the tiny and power computer

The scientists of Hewlett-Packard institute designed a circuit that can be able to build tiny powerful computers. Today’s manufacturers and consumers are waited for the how much smaller chips can be got. For the modern era and for their needed R. Stanley Williams, Hewlett-Packard’s director of the quantum science research group and his team invent this tiny memory circuit after a long research.

The invented device is called memristor. It could be able to build tiny a powerful tiny computers for its small memory circuit design and it also could imitate biological functions. These memristor will provide you dense memory space in a small circuit device. Moreover, it uses less power than today’s DRAM memory chips. The exciting feature of the memristor is that it can perform on many artificial intelligence applications. As it could determine or understand the speech in a range. The Hewlett-Packard scientists said that the discovery of tiny memory properties is prepared by extremely thin spots of titanium dioxide to switches the memory as nano sized. Today’s world is faster then any other time. So people don’t want to waste any time, and all of the work of modern civilization is computer related. So they allows find a tiny computer for carrying any place. For the modern world, The Hewlett-Packard team has successfully created memristors that are only 15 nanometers. Others, the memristor used different approach from another type of storage device. I.B.M, Intel and other companies use a common process called phase-change memory for their storage, which have a lot of complain. But memoristor uses another process and they are faster and need less power then other. So after giving all types of facilities R. Stanley Williams says that, “This is on a fast track.”

Though memristor is a device of ultra modern technology but the most significant limitation is that, it is challenging to make relation between the memristor and all types of other device in a quick time. Typically, it is hard to replace the formal technology with the new device if it has not a great benefit in performance or in cost. So the H.P. needs more attention to the cost and user friendly performance.
